Carson 14 LLC bought the 50,000-square-foot Fremont Assisted Living Center, on 0.80 acres, at 100 S. 14th St. in Las Vegas for $650,000, or $13-per-square-foot, from VFC Properties 24 LLC. Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller.
