Kinetico Water Treatment Systems bought a 26,570-square-foot industrial building, on 1.80 acres, inside Sunset Village Business Park at 1620 W. Sunset Road in Henderson for $1.5 million, or $56-per-square-foot, from BFD Henderson LP. Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer; ROI Commercial’s Dan Adamson represented the seller.
