Daniel and Cathy Pereya bought a 26,133-square-foot industrial building inside the 5-year-old Gibson Wigwam Business Center at 50 N. Gibson Road in Henderson for $3.1 million, or $119-per-square-foot, from Gibson Road Trust. Colliers International’s Dan Gluhaich represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov represented the seller.
