The transaction closed in 11 days with a 10 percent capitalization rate. NAI Sauter Companies’ Devin Lee and Patrick Sauter represented the seller. The complex of three two-story buildings, on 0.60 acres, consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. The sale price equals $21.51 per square foot.
