Invex LLC bought the 33-year-old, 44-unit Clifford Place Apartments at 2433-2437 Clifford Ave. in Las Vegas for $910,000, or $20,682 per unit, from Clifford Place LLC. NAI Sauter Companies’ Devin Lee and Patrick Sauter represented the seller. The deal had a 10 percent capitalization rate. The two-story complex, on one-half-acre, was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale. The property, which consists solely of single-bedroom units, was rehabilitated within the last year.
