Designs for Health bought a 42,292-square-foot industrial building, on 2.83 acres, inside Gibson Business Park at 151 Gallagher Crest Road in Henderson for $3.3 million, or $78-per-square-foot, from Super Brands, LLC. Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer; Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Ben Millis represented the seller.
