Haley Harrison Hospitality LLC bought 2.37-acre of commercially near the southwest corner of Warm Springs Road and Julia Street in Henderson for $510,000, or $215,190-per-acre, from Emily Land Development Co. LLC. Colliers International’s David Grant represented the seller.
