LV Data LLC bought the 34-year-old 9,250-square-foot former Hookah Palace, on 1.26 acres, at 1030 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas for $1.5 million, or $162-per-square-foot, from 1030 E. Flamingo LLC. The Equity Group’s Chris Richardson and Jason Otter represented the seller; Colliers International’s Grant Traub and Chris Connell represented the buyer.
