McBeath Holdings LLC bought the 17-year-old 10,328-square-foot Southern Nevada Fire Protection building, on 0.49 acres, at 3225 E. Post Road in Las Vegas for $925,000, or $90-per-square-foot, from NFP Blunt LLC. Colliers International’s Chris LoBello represented the seller; Colliers International’s Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew represented the buyer.
