The Blackstone Group bought the 10-building, 1.4-million-square-foot Hughes Center, on 68 acres, at 3800 Howard Hughes Parkway in Las Vegas for $347 million, or $248-per-square-foot, from Barclays Capital and Goff Capital Partners. The property was 82% occupied at the time of sale. It marks the fourth time the master-planned mixed-use complex has changed hands in the last decade.
