MVP REIT bought a two-story 22,000-square-foot Corporate Center office complex, on 16 acres, at 8925 W. Post Road in Las Vegas for $6.4 million, or $291-per-square-foot, from Devonshire LLC. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale.
