Fogo de Chao, a new Brazilian steakhouse, will open inside Hughes Center in early November. The restaurant will be located inside the former Cozymel’s Mexican Grill, which is being redesigned by Identity Architects. The 14-year-old stand-alone building, on 0.8 acres, closed last year. Shawmut Design and Construction is performing a $5 million makeover of the venue at 360 E. Flamingo Road. The 14,000-square-foot Fogo de Chao will seat over 400 patrons with 9 private dining and meeting rooms. The restaurant is expected to employ 70 people.
