Mariners Capital LLC bought the 30,460-square-foot Reno Arville Business Center, on 2 acres, at 4355 and 4375 W. Reno Ave. in Las Vegas sold for $1.88 million, or $62 per square foot, from S&L LLC. Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the buyer. The capitalization rate was 9 percent. The 18-year-old buildings were 83 percent occupied at the time of sale. The single-story structures have roll-up doors, fenced-off yards and Arville Street frontage.
