FJM Northpointe Associates LLC bought the 7-year-old 46,624-square-foot Industrial Park North at 4240 N. Lamb Blvd. in Las Vegas for $2,951,300, or $63-per-square-foot, from 4240 Lamb Holdings LLC. Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Dan Doherty represented the seller.
