TheoPacific Holdings LLC bought the 18-year-old 122,376-square-foot Sandhill Airport Park at 6320, 6330 and 6340 S. Sandhill Road in Las Vegas for $9,865,000, or $81-per-square-foot, from Sandpost LLC. LaPour Management’s Jeff LaPour represented the seller; Colliers International’s Jason Lesley and Bridget Richards represented the buyer.
