Karlin Real Estate bought the 5-year-old, 120,000-square-foot J.C. Penny, on 7.31 acres, at 4485 S. Grand Canyon Parkway in Las Vegas for $4.7 million, or $39 per square foot, from Patreo LLC. Commerce Real Estate Solutions’ Dan Hubbard and Todd Manning represented the seller; Grubb & Ellis’ Nelson Tressler and Curt Allsop represented the buyer.
