Harsch Signs $2.45 Million Lease in HendersonOrgano Gold International signed a 12-year, $2,422,472 lease for 51,809 square feet of industrial space inside Harsch Investment Properties’ 6-year-old Henderson Commerce Center, on 17.4 acres, at 7390 Eastgate Road in Henderson. Commerce Real Estate Solutions’ Laura Hart and Amy Ogden represented the lessor, and Pulse Realty Group’s Caroline Lee represented the tenant. The reported average rent equals 32 cents per square foot.
