R&R Medical Group signed a 10-year, $874,608 lease for 2,603 square foot of retail space inside Juliet’s Green Valley Crossing, on 25 acres, at 655 S. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 100, in Henderson. Colliers International’s Chris Connell represented the tenant; Juliet Realty Group’s Josh Thomas represented the lessor, Green Valley Crossing LLC. The reported average rent equals $2.80 per square foot triple net.
