Sale Transactions:
- Gatski has closed on Flamingo Fountains, the 20,332 square-foot, garden-style office building at 3885 South Decatur Boulevard. The two-story office building with a courtyard is less than 6 miles from McCarran International Airport. The sale was completed by Laramie Bracken and Brenda Olson, CCIM of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jay Dana, Corporate Broker with General Realty Group Inc. Commercial Division.
- Gatski has closed on 601 Whitney Ranch Drive, Quail Bonita Business Park. The 1.98-acre sale was completed by Laramie Bracken of Gatski Commercial.
- Laramie Bracken and Brenda Olson, CCIM leased the freestanding retail building at 4451 E. Sunset Road. The 7,833 square-foot property is in Henderson, less than 10 miles from Henderson Airport and less than 6 miles from McCarran Airport.
- Gatski has closed on a 5,700 square-foot, single-tenant, freestanding retail property located at 4501 East Sunset Road. The absolute NNN guaranteed property is leased to Monro Inc. (NASDAQ: MNRO). The sale was completed by Laramie Bracken and Brenda Olson, CCIM. The Gatski team of Lainie Bianco, Sandy Heckman and David Bauman retains Property Management.
Lease Transactions:
- Ali Roesener of Gatski Commercial recently leased the flex, light distribution property at 2335 Aerojet Way in North Las Vegas, located behind the Cannery Hotel & Casino. The property includes a two-story office plus more than 15,000 square feet of warehouse space.
- At Central 7 Commerce Center, Ali Roesener leased 3200 Polaris Avenue #20, 21, 33, 24 in addition to 3401 Sirius #21, 22, 23, 33. The combined 5,102 square-foot and 4,625 square-foot units were leased to Logic, LLC and Motley Brew, LLC, respectively.
- Ali Roesener has leased Unit 2 at 4301 S. Valley View Boulevard. The 4,483 square-foot located in the Harmon Warehouse Center is situated near Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard.
- Craig Summers has leased #110-111 at 806 Buchanan Boulevard, Los Posados Shopping Center in Boulder City. The 3,085 square-foot unit was leased to Toto’s Inc.
- Laramie Bracken and Brenda Olson, CCIM leased the 3,810 square-foot space at 1010 N. Stephanie Street #A-5, A-6 to 3 Brothers Garage, LLC.
- Tom Wagener, CCIM, and Denn Hamilton have fully leased Quail Bonita Office Park, located at 1490-1510 W. Sunset Road just west of Stephanie Street. The final units to be leased were the 3,077 square-foot property at 1500 unit #130/140 and the 2,231 square-foot property at 1510 unit #100.
