KB Homes LV Spanish Ridge Durango LLC bought a 4.16-acre vacant parcel at the northeast corner of Dewey Drive and Riley Street in Las Vegas for $1.6 million, or $384,615 per acre, from GK Acquisitions LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
