KB Home LV Spanish Ridge Durango LLC bought 4.43 acres at the northeast corner of South Bonita Vista Street and Dewey Drive in Las Vegas for $1.5 million, or $338,600 per acre, from, GKT Acquisitions LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
