Koko Fit Club signed a 5-year, $210,500 lease for 2,200 square feet of retail space inside the 8-year-old Southfork Pointe Shopping Center, on 1.05 acres, at 2970 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 140, in Henderson. ColliersInternational’s David Grant represented the tenant. The reported average rent equals $1.59 per square foot.
