Konami Digital Entertainment bought the 7-year-old, 114,500-square-foot Konami Gaming Building, on 8.6 acres, inside the Hughes Airport Center at 585 Trade Center Drive in Las Vegas for $21,063,830, or $184 per square foot, from CIP Real Estate. It marks the third transaction for Irvine, Calif.-based CIP in six months. Last December, CIP sold 425,000 square feet of industrial space in Hughes Airport Center to a real estate fund managed by TA Associates.
