KTR's Arrowhead Commerce Center Signs $1 Million LeaseNuance Group Las Vegas signed a 10-year, $1,075,944 lease for 17,380 square feet of industrial space inside EJM Development Co.’s Arrowhead Commerce Center, on 9.74 acres, at 3650 E. Post Road, Suite C, in Las Vegas. Colliers International’s Spencer Pinter represented the lessor, KTR LV IV, LLC, and Windermere Commercial’s Glenn Scoggins represented the tenant. The average reported rent equals 52 cents per square foot. Nuance will occupy the 10-year-old Building 15 within the 110-acre Arrowhead Commerce Center at Patrick Lane and Sandhill Road. Nuance Group Las Vegas, a joint venture between Sig Rogich and A&B Group International, this summer landed a duty free concession at McCarran International Airport. The deal calls for two stores inside the new Terminal 3 building, totaling 19,000 square feet of sundry retail items such as liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, fragrances, and electronics.
