La Rumba Night Club Bar & Grill signed a 5-year $300,000 lease for 5,008 square feet of restaurant space inside the 28-year-old Sahara and Lamb Shopping Center, on 3.24 acres, at 4225 E. Sahara Avenue, Suite 17, in Las Vegas. McMemeny Investment Services’ Ron McMenemy represented the lessee. The reported average equals $1.00 per square foot.
