Bridge Investment Group Partners bought the 21-year-old 200-unit Silver Shadow Apartments, on 8.91 acres, at 8301 W. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas for $17,350,000, or $86,750-per-unit, from Silver P LLC. Colliers International’s Garry Cuff represented the seller; Colliers International’s Cindy Cooke represented the buyer.
