Tierra Partners III LLC bought the three-story 70,188-square-foot LaPour Corporate Center, on 3.81 acres, at 9075 W. Diablo Drive in Las Vegas for $17.35 million, or $247 per square foot, from LaPour 215 LLC. CBRE’s Charles Moore, Marlene Fujita Winkel and Ashley Kolaczynski represented the seller; CBRE’s Greg Tassi represented the buyer. The 6-year-old office property is 100% occupied with tenants, including Chicago Title, NV Energy, KGA Architecture and State of Nevada Public Utilities Commission.
