The City of Las Vegas issued 182 building permits in the fourth quarter valued at a combined $28.9 million. There were 177 permits for new single-family homes valued at a combined $20.7 million. The city also issued two permits for new multifamily developments totaling 114 units worth $7.8 million. Only three new commercial and hotel permits valued at $418,000 were issued in the fourth quarter, including additional work for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
