QMC Holdings LLC bought the 35,592-square-foot Lloyd’s Refrigeration building at 5701 W. Sunset Road in Las Vegas for $3.8 million, or $107-per-square-foot, from Bank of Nevada. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty represented the buyer.
