CA Las Vegas NRB LLC bought 4.39 acres of vacant land at 4491 N. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas for $1.15 million, or $261,959-per-square-foot, from Gragson Beltway Belcastro. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
