Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Losee Marketplace, a 12,152-square foot retail property, located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The asset sold for $3,250,000 according to Todd Manning, sales manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Richard Vincent, Pablo Rodriguez, and Candace Carrell, associates in Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario, California and Las Vegas, Nevada offices, had the exclusive listing and represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the sale. The purchaser is Nottingham Gardens, LLC.
Built in 2008, Losee Marketplace features a great mix of local and national tenants, including Roberto’s Taco Shop, Rosati’s Pizza, and the newest Las Vegas-area location for Wing Stop, one of the nation’s fastest-growing, fast-casual restaurant chains.
The approximate aggregate value of this sale is $267.45 per square foot.
