Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of two office buildings in Las Vegas, Nevada, totaling 14,200 rentable square-feet. The properties sold for $825,000 according to Todd Manning, sales manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Tina D. Taylor and Tim Erickson, of Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing and represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the sale.
The office buildings, located at 3920 & 3930 East Patrick Lane, are comprised of one, single-story building with executive suites, and one, two-story, multi-tenant building. The buyer, a Las Vegas-based medical group, plans to operate their business at the property.
The approximate aggregate value of the sale is $58.10 per square foot.
