Las Vegas Motorcycle Rentals signed an 18-month, $22,548 lease for 1,909 square feet of industrial space inside the 4-year-old Valley Freeway Centre, Phase III, at 7705 Commercial Way, Suite 135, in Henderson. Colliers International’s Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew represented the lessor, VFC III LLC. The reported average rent equals 66 cents per square foot.
