DJS Development LLC purchased Village Center, a 45,780 square-foot, retail property located at 3920 West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas for $3,500,000. Chris Cunning, with Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing and represented the seller, Z J & R Properties, LLC.
