Hartford Insurance Co. signed a 39-month lease for 2,071 square feet of Class-A office space inside Marnell Corporate Center’s 6-year-old, 5-story MCC-5 building at 6720 Via Austi Parkway in Las Vegas. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dean Kaufman represented the lessee; Colliers International’s Ryan Martin, Patti Dillon, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the lessor, MCC Five LLC.
