The historic building that now houses The Office was built in 1963. It was originally developed for Nevada National Bank. Before being renovated, its last tenant was the City of Las Vegas Development Services, which occupied the entire building for more than a decade.
Michael Young from IREPLV, LLC oversees marketing, sales and leasing efforts for The Office, which is easily accessible from both U.S. 95 and Interstate 15.
