C-III Capital Partners LLC has completed its acquisition of NAI Global, represented locally by NAI Las Vegas. Financial terms were not disclosed. C-III specializes in loan servicing and origination, title services and fund management, among other things. The company is led by Insignia Financial Group Founder Andrew L. Farkas. NAI Global is a 35-year-old full-service real estate firm with over 350 offices in 55 countries, and 300 million square feet of commercial space under management. “Our clients will benefit from the institutional resources that CIII provides,” says NAI Las Vegas managing director Hayim Mizrachi.
