The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) and former CALV President Tedd Rosenstein earned national commercial real estate industry awards last week during the National Association of Realtors (NAR) convention in New Orleans. Rosenstein, of Nevada Development and Realty Company in Las Vegas, received a 2014 National Commercial Award from NAR. He was the lone honoree from Nevada. Rosenstein serves as a director on CALV’s board for 2015. He was CALV’s president in 2013 and CALV’s Member of the Year in 2014.
Also during the annual NAR convention, CALV was presented with its Accredited Commercial Excellence (ACE) award for successfully establishing strategic alliances with many other commercial real estate and related organizations as part of its mission to unite, educate, shape pubic policy and inform commercial real estate professionals throughout Southern Nevada. CALV was honored in the category of governance/structure, one of seven categories within the ACE Awards program.
