Miller Trust and CARE Holdings LLC bought a 23-year-old 8,040-square-foot freestanding retail center, on 0.39 acres, at 230 N. Nellis Boulevard in Las Vegas for $3 million, or $373-per-square-foot, from Swecker Piedemonte Vitamin Nellis LLC. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel and Jeff Mitchell represented the buyer.
