Specialty Group General Partnership bought a 15-year-old, 22,800-square-foot industrial building, on 1.26 acres, at 1914 Mendenhall Drive in North Las Vegas for $1,123,500, or $49 per square foot, from LV Sunset LLC. Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller.
