MCA Donovan Way LLC bought a 6-year-old 20,668-square-foot industrial building, on 1.15 acres, at 4550 Donovan Way in North Las Vegas for $520,000, or $25 per square foot, from Second Step Management Co. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty and Chris Lane represented the buyer and seller.
