Vegas Cheer Authority signed a 5-year, $171,399 lease for 9,411 square feet of industrial space inside the 3-year-old 5th & Gilmore Business Park, on 8.72 acres, at 3630 N. Fifth St. in North Las Vegas. Grubb & Ellis’ Xavier Wasiak and Kara Walker represented the tenant; Slade Real Estate Group’s Dean Slade represented the lessor, from Meldrum Family Trust. The reported average rent equals 30 cents per square foot.
