BCMN LLC bought a 1-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Aliante Parkway and Elkhorn Road in North Las Vegas for $413,850 from Aliante Med LLC. American Nevada Co.’s Charles Van Geel represented the seller; McMenemy Investment Services’ Ron McMenemy represented the buyer.
