Tenaya Village LLC bought a 37-year-old 6,431-square-foot Wendy’s restaurant, on 1.17 acres, at 1614 and 1616 E. Lake Mead Boulevard in North Las Vegas for $850,000, or $132-per-square-foot, from Wendy’s of Las Vegas Inc. Virtus Commercial’s Christopher Hatch represented the seller.
