Kris Sieradski bought a 19-year-old 5,210-square-foot office building, on 0.35 acres, at 3834 Silvestri Lane in Las Vegas for $500,000, or $96-per-square-foot, from Margaret Lanspa. Colliers International’s Eric Molfetta represented the seller; Vista Group’s Jackie Vickers represented the buyer.
