This sale consisted of 151 mobile home pads spread over 13.33 acres, built in 1964 and 1978, located at 3920 N. Las Vegas Blvd., in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This ALL CASH, 23-day transaction closed on October 17, 2019. Northcap Commercial represented the Sellers, Bluebird Gardens Co, LP.
