MCA Lawrence LLC bought a 15-year-old 33,750-square-foot industrial building, on 2.35 acres, inside McCoy’s Northpark III at 4436 Lawrence St. in North Las Vegas for $1.43 million, or $43 per square foot, from McCoy’s Northpark III LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Amy Ogden and Danielle Steffen represented both the buyer and seller.
