Investor Equity Homes LLC bought 24.5 acres of land at Sky Pointe and Elkhorn Drive in Las Vegas for $2.4 million, or $97,959-per-acre, from Rancho Drive-Tule Springs Road LP. Colliers International’s Vincent Schettler represented the buyer; Mack Realty’s Charlie Mack represented the seller.
