One Queensridge Place has named Randy Char as senior vice president of operations. He will oversee sales and marketing efforts, plus manage all property construction while still serving as broker-of-record. The 219-unit, 18-story One Queensridge Place at 9103 Alta Drive in Las Vegas, overlooks the Badlands Golf Course. The $400 million, dual tower residential development opened in 2007. Char most recently served as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
