Opportunity Village Signs $1.3 Million Retail LeaseOpportunity Village ARC signed a 7-year $1,327,357 lease for 28,119 square feet of retail space inside the 13-year-old Craig Valley Plaza, on 6.51 acres, at 4180 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist represented the lessor, Omninet Craig LLC; Prudential Americana Group’s Bill Tomiyasu represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals 56 cents per square foot.
